Event Graphic Designer
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on corporate events, brand activations & weddings. Experience working across both corporate campaigns and fast-paced project environments is essential, as our studio delivers everything from large-scale brand activations to intimate wedding suites including invitations, menus, signage and on-the-day collateral.
Experience in print production deliverables, deadlines and communication, plus direct client communication.
Experience with the full Adobe Suite – focus on Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
While illustrative skills are not essential, they are highly favoured. Applicants must be confident working quickly, collaboratively, and with a high level of detail.
Experience Required
A strong and well-developed design aesthetic
Proven professional work experience of at least 2 years
Formal training or professional experience in Graphic Design
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop event design and conceptualisation, branding assets, signage, and spatial layouts
Produce design documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to meet creative, technical, and production requirements
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Social Media Manager / Marketing Co-ordinator
We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager / Marketing Coordinator with strong strategic thinking and organisation, creative intuition and a genuine understanding of brand voice.
This role requires someone who can capture on-site content, adapt quickly in fast-moving environments, schedule and manage posts across platforms, and actively engage with our audience.
Key responsibilities:
Shoot and edit BTS photo & video content
Schedule posts for reach and engagement
Maintain brand tone and visuals
Update website including inventory and albums
Take the lead on arranging Hygge creative shoots
Book photo and video for events
Organise and manage the social media register and image database
You will work closely with the team to create engaging behind-the-scenes and event content, and confidently showing up across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
As well as the Social Media side, we need someone who has a solid knowledge of Squarespace and has the ability to manage and update the website. Working with CRM systems is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate is proactive, trend-aware and confident in shaping and maintaining the studio’s digital presence.
