Event Graphic Designer

 

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on corporate events, brand activations & weddings. Experience working across both corporate campaigns and fast-paced project environments is essential, as our studio delivers everything from large-scale brand activations to intimate wedding suites including invitations, menus, signage and on-the-day collateral. 

 

Experience in print production deliverables, deadlines and communication, plus direct client communication.

Experience with the full Adobe Suite – focus on Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

 

While illustrative skills are not essential, they are highly favoured. Applicants must be confident working quickly, collaboratively, and with a high level of detail. 

 

Experience Required

  • A strong and well-developed design aesthetic

  • Proven professional work experience of at least 2 years

  • Formal training or professional experience in Graphic Design

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design and develop event design and conceptualisation, branding assets, signage, and spatial layouts

  • Produce design documentation for internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with team members to meet creative, technical, and production requirements

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Social Media Manager / Marketing Co-ordinator

 

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager / Marketing Coordinator with strong strategic thinking and organisation, creative intuition and a genuine understanding of brand voice. 

 

This role requires someone who can capture on-site content, adapt quickly in fast-moving environments, schedule and manage posts across platforms, and actively engage with our audience. 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Shoot and edit BTS photo & video content

  • Schedule posts for reach and engagement

  • Maintain brand tone and visuals

  • Update website including inventory and albums

  • Take the lead on arranging Hygge creative shoots

  • Book photo and video for events

  • Organise and manage the social media register and image database 

 

You will work closely with the team to create engaging behind-the-scenes and event content, and confidently showing up across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.

 

As well as the Social Media side, we need someone who has a solid knowledge of Squarespace and has the ability to manage and update the website. Working with CRM systems is highly regarded. 

 

The ideal candidate is proactive, trend-aware and confident in shaping and maintaining the studio’s digital presence.
